食品級(jí)二氧化碳質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣與人們的身體健康密切相關(guān),因此嚴(yán)格控制二氧化碳產(chǎn)品中的雜質(zhì)顯得尤為重要。我國(guó)已出臺(tái)了控制食品級(jí)二氧化碳中雜質(zhì)含量的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所涉及的級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)大部分均為空白,導(dǎo)致量值溯源和傳遞存在缺陷。同時(shí),我國(guó)食品級(jí)二氧化碳來(lái)源廣泛,雜質(zhì)含量和提純水平參差不齊,直接影響了后續(xù)食品質(zhì)量。因此研制食品級(jí)二氧化碳中痕量組分的氣體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì),對(duì)嚴(yán)格把好我國(guó)食品添加劑二氧化碳質(zhì)量關(guān),統(tǒng)一檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)具有重要意義。具體研究成果如下: 1.采用重量法分別制備了C2H5OH/CO2、C6H6/CO2、H2S/CO2、SO2/CO2、COS/CO2、O2/CO2、C2H3Cl/CO2七種氣體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)。在制備過(guò)程中對(duì)乙醇、苯和硫化物分別進(jìn)行了氣瓶吸附性的考察,結(jié)果顯示采用經(jīng)過(guò)特殊處理的氣瓶和預(yù)飽和技術(shù),氣瓶吸附性基本可以忽略。 2.通過(guò)優(yōu)化氣相色譜測(cè)定條件,分別選出了七種雜質(zhì)的分析方法,RSD均不超過(guò)1.3%,線性相關(guān)系數(shù)均大于0.9992。 3.對(duì)所研制的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣體進(jìn)行了混勻考察、方法比對(duì),并對(duì)前五種標(biāo)物進(jìn)行了復(fù)現(xiàn)性、量值隨時(shí)間變化、量值隨壓力變化進(jìn)行了考察,結(jié)果良好。 4.對(duì)重量制備方法以及制備后半年量值的穩(wěn)定性?xún)刹糠植淮_定度進(jìn)行總體評(píng)定,前五種標(biāo)物的相對(duì)擴(kuò)展不確定度均在2%以?xún)?nèi),達(dá)到了級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)申報(bào)要求,已被質(zhì)檢總局批準(zhǔn)為二級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)。

The quality of food-grade carbon dioxide is closely related to people's health, so it is especially important to strictly control the impurities in carbon dioxide products. China has introduced national standards for controlling the content of impurities in food grade carbon dioxide, but most of the national standard materials involved in the standard are blank, which leads to defects in traceability and transmission. At the same time, China's food-grade carbon dioxide sources are extensive, impurity levels and purification levels are uneven, directly affecting the quality of subsequent food. Therefore, the development of gas standard materials for trace components in food-grade carbon dioxide is of great significance for strictly controlling the quality of carbon dioxide in China's food additives and unifying national testing standards. The specific research results are as follows:1. Seven gas standard materials such as C2H5OH/CO2, C6H6/CO2, H2S/CO2, SO2/CO2, COS/CO2, O2/CO2, C2H3Cl/CO2 were prepared by gravimetric method. The adsorption of ethanol, benzene and sulfide were investigated in the preparation process. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of the cylinder was negligible with the specially treated gas cylinder and pre-saturation technology. By optimizing the gas chromatographic conditions, the best analytical methods for seven impurities were selected. The RSD was no more than 1.3%, and the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.9992. The standard gas was developed and compared, and the first five kinds of standards were reproducible, the quantity changed with time, and the quantity changed with pressure. The result was good. 4. The two parts of the uncertainty of the weight preparation method and the stability of the semi-annual value after preparation are evaluated. The relative expansion uncertainty of the first five standards is within 2%, which meets the national standard substance declaration requirements. It has been approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine as a national secondary standard substance.
