滕州市浩瀚色譜儀器技術(shù)服務(wù)有限公司,綜述了煙草成分化學(xué)分析領(lǐng)域的新發(fā)展以及一些新的分析手段的應(yīng)用。在前人研究工作的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了新的研究和探討,提出了煙草及制品化學(xué)成分系統(tǒng)分析方法與識(shí)別技術(shù)。主要做了以下的探索性工作: 提出了總體上把握煙草品質(zhì)的新想法,不僅僅著眼于煙草中某幾個(gè)成分的含量,而是在此基礎(chǔ)上探討了多種成分同時(shí)對(duì)煙草品質(zhì)的影響作用。 分析并測(cè)定了煙草中細(xì)胞壁物質(zhì)的含量,并探討了其含量與煙草品質(zhì)的相關(guān)性規(guī)律。 同時(shí)測(cè)定了煙草中的總揮發(fā)性有機(jī)酸的含量、煙草水浸總酸度,并且用氣相色譜法測(cè)定了非揮發(fā)性有機(jī)酸中的某幾個(gè)重要組分的含量。 用一系列的不同極性的有機(jī)溶液對(duì)煙草進(jìn)行了萃取,根據(jù)相似相溶的原理,分別在總量上初步探討了不同有機(jī)溶液萃取出的物質(zhì)對(duì)于煙草品質(zhì)的影響。 對(duì)于煙草中的甾醇類物質(zhì)進(jìn)行了分析并測(cè)定了其中的主要成分β-谷甾醇的含量。對(duì)于煙草中多酚類物質(zhì)進(jìn)行了分離并分析測(cè)定了綠原酸的含量。對(duì)于影響煙草燃燒性的氯、鉀元素進(jìn)行了分析測(cè)定,探討了不同品質(zhì)煙草的Cl/K的變化規(guī)律。

The sterols in tobacco were analyzed and the main ingredient β-sitosterol was determined. The polyphenols in tobacco were separated and analyzed to determine the content of chlorogenic acid. The chlorine and potassium elements that affect the combustibility of tobacco were analyzed and determined, and the changes of Cl/K in different qualities of tobacco were discussed.
