浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司研究了工作場所空氣中硫酰氟的直接進樣氣相色譜測定方法。用本方法對某消毒設(shè)備廠的殺蟲柜的排放系統(tǒng)進行現(xiàn)場抽樣測定，共采集了24個樣品，其中只有2個樣品中檢出了硫酞氟濃度分別是9. 8mg/m3 ,19mg/m3，其余樣品中的硫酞氟的濃度均低于本方法的后檢出濃度0. 92mg/m。本方法在0--41. 70mg/m'范圍內(nèi)呈線性關(guān)系，回歸方程式Y(jié) = 227.4X+119.6，相關(guān)系數(shù)r=0.9997;方法的重現(xiàn)性好，不同濃度的相對標準偏差在1.7%^4.9％之間;在以3倍噪聲計算所得檢出限為0.46ng(進樣0.5mL)，低檢出濃度為0.92mg/m}。該方法用毛細管色譜柱代替填充柱，操作簡便，測定快速，結(jié)果準確，重復性好，該方法的低檢出濃度遠低于中國制定的時間加權(quán)平均容許濃度20mg/m，為準確地評價硫酞氟對人體健康的危害提供的檢測手段。
